Each original botanical dyed shawl has been hand dyed in a natural fermentation indigo vat using the traditional Japanese Shibori resist method.  Each scarf is unique and will vary slightly in colour and design from the images on the website.   This large, soft, breathable natural linen shawl can be worn as a cover up for cool summer nights and also as a neck warmer in winter.  The base cloth has been purchased from a supplier who sources materials from ethical manufacturers.

  • Care & Maintenance Instructions

    Each scarf has been washed prior to purchase.  Due to the nature of natural dyes there may be some residual dye that may discolour clothing, especially whites.  Care for your scarf by hand washing in wool wash and iron or steam on low settings when the fabric is damp for best results.

  • Returns, Refunds & Shipping

    • Returns. Customers have 30  days they have to return the product if not completely satisfied with your purchase.
    • Refunds. Full refund will be returned to customers for the product on your credit/debit card or on your same original method of payment you've used.

  • Shipping

    Products will be shipped in protective packaging using recycled and sustainable materials where possible.  Please be assured that if there are any product imperfections or dissatifaction Angela Baldwin Design will pay for shipping cost in relation to returns or refunds.

  • Lead Times

    Each scarf is caringly hand made.  If your choice of wearable art scarf is not in stock the lead time will be between 2-4 weeks from date of your order depending on availability of natural materials.
